How to make Mustard


Date: January 3, 2021


Time: 1 pm to 3 pm


In this class, you will learn the process of making homemade mustard. We will make two types of mustards in class and process them in a water bath. You will go home with a jar of each type of mustard to enjoy.

How to Make Canned Tomatoes


Date: January 6, 2021


Time: 11:30 am to 2:45 pm


In this class, you will learn how to peel and prepare tomatoes to can in the pressure cooker.


You will go home with a jar of tomatoes. They can be used in sauces, soups and salsa.

How to make Chicken Pot Pie Filling

Time: 5 pm to 8:15 pm


You will learn how to make chicken pot pie with chicken breast meat and veggies. We will then can it and pressure process it for you to take a jar home.


We will also enjoy freshly baked chicken pot pie as a snack!!!

How to make Apple Pie Filling

Time: 4 pm to 7:00 pm


Learn how to prepare and can ready to serve apple pie filling.


This class teaches you step by step hands-on preparation of the popular pie filling and how to can it.


Each participant will take home 2 jars of apple pie filling. Each jar will make one 9 inch pie or 9x13 inch cobbler.
