Cost of this class is $125 for all 4 weeks.


Class 1 Diced Rotel Style Tomatoes


Date: March 12, 2022


Time: 11 am to 2 pm


Teacher: Nancy O' Leary and Janet Clark


Description: In this class you will learn how to make those delicious Diced Rotel Style tomatoes that are multi use. These can be added to chili, casseroles, and more!


All Students will go home with a jar of product made in class.


This is a hands-on class.


Class 2 Salsa!


Date: March 19, 2022


Time: 11 am to 2 pm

Description: In this class you will learn how to make a simple tasty salsa.


All Students will go home with a jar of product made in class.


This is a hands-on class.


Class 3 Tomato Jam


Date: March 26, 2022


Time: 11 am to 2 pm


Teacher: Nancy O' Leary and Janet Clark


Description: In this class you will learn how to make Tomato Jam. Tomato Jam can be used on top of burrata cheese and serve with toasted crostini. You can slather tomato jam on whole-wheat bread with Boursin cheese and thick-cut roasted turkey. Serve alongside scrambled eggs and toast. So many different ways!


All Students will go home with a jar of product made in class.

Class 4 Spaghetti Sauce


Date: April 2, 2022


Time: 11 am to 2 pm


Teacher: Nancy O' Leary and Janet Clark


Description: In this class you will learn how to make Spaghetti Sauce. This is a great way to use up an abundance of Tomatoes!


All Students will go home with a jar of product made in class.


This is a hands-on class.
