Date: Wednesday May 10, 2023 Time: 10:30 am to 1:30 pm Teacher: Janet Description: In this class you will learn to can Chicken Marsala. Chicken Marsala is a delicious way to prepare chicken and perfect because of its "base" of using chicken stock and adding thickener, cream or sour cream just before serving after reheating the jars contents. All Students will go home with a jar of product made in class. This is a hands-on class. Price: $45 per person This class is limited to a max 8 persons. Classes are non-refundable
