Date: Thursday May 19 and Friday May 20 Time: Thursday class will be from 11 am to 12 :30 pm Friday Class will be from 11 am to 2 pm Teacher: Janet Description: Make the most of your watermelon! After eating the juicy red watermelon, use the peeled rind to make this sweet cinnamon-flavored pickle - perfect for summertime picnics and bbq's. This is a two (2) day class. On day 1 we will prepare the watermelon rinds and allow them to soak overnight. On day 2 we will finish them off and use the water bath method to preserve the rind pickles. All Students will go home with a jar of product made in class. This is a hands-on class. Price: $30 per person This class is limited to a max 8 persons. Classes are non-refundable
