Date: Thursday June 23, 2022 Time: 10:30 am to 1:30 pm Teacher: Janet Description: In this class we will be canning corn and then waste not want not, utilizing the corn cobs to make a delicious Jelly! Corn cob jelly is also called “poor mans honey”. It’s a mild jelly that tastes like a sweet honey with a very mild corn flavor. It’s great on cornbread or toast!!! All Students will go home with a jar of product made in class. This is a hands-on class. Price: $30 per person This class is limited to a max 8 persons. Classes are non-refundable
