Service Description

Date: Wednesday March 2, 2022 Time: 3 pm to 5 pm Teacher: Angela Reid, Master Gardener Volunteer Description: This course will cover the Greenhouse directional placement on your property, insulation factors and cooling for Florida temps, winds and weather. Soil preferences and pH management. Supplemental lighting techniques. Course Objectives: Learn how it's possible to build your own greenhouse by using free and recycled materials or if a greenhouse kit is the best choice or you. A greenhouse can be small enough to fit in a corner of your garden or large enough for a market gardener. Students should bring a diagram of their property to the class. Price: $10 per person This class is limited to a max 12 persons. Classes are non-refundable
